About Eidit
Eidit is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. She is a licensed psychotherapist with a private practice in the state of California. Eidit is also a life coach serving mainly women struggling with overwhelm. She hosts workshops and trainings on wellness and self care. Her experience ranges from practicing as an individual and couple's therapist, clinical director at a non-profit serving teens, and a mental health trainer for large companies teaching employees about wellness strategies. She received her B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge and Master's in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California. She has worked with children, teens, adult women and men, including couples in a variety of therapeutic settings. Her expertise is in treating anxiety, trauma, grief + loss and depression.
